Description of the position:
We are hiring a SuccessFactors Consultant, who Supports Jungheinrich to run Global SAP Successfactors Cloud solution. He/She will be part of the central contact team with responsibility for the development and operation of the SAP SuccessFactors applications (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding)
Key Responsibilities and tasks:
- Central contact person with responsibility for the development and operation of the SAP SuccessFactors applications (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding)
- Independent error analysis and correction as part of incident management
- Implementation of change requests
- Coordination of the SAP SuccessFactors releases (preparation and processing)
- Project work for the further development of SAP SuccessFactors and other tools/systems
- Close cooperation with technical process owners within the HR area as well as with the IT area
- Creation of user documentation / creation of a knowledge database
- Conducting system tests
- Supervision of the development and test instances
- Support in setting up the IT service management processes
Working Experience:
Several years of practical work experience in the support and further development of SAP SuccessFactors applications (esp. EC, RCM/RMK, ONB; additional modules knowledge desirable).
Professional skills:
Mandatory skills:
- 3-5+ years of experience in support and further development of SAP SuccessFactors applications
- Experiences in the system documentation.
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with HR management processes and complex interrelationships
- Knowledge of IT Service Management and ITIL V3
- Practical work experience in using the SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and creating reports.
- Solid knowledge of application configuration, maintenance and support
Personal skills:
Analytical Problem solver, team worker, self-starter.
Education and Training:
- Completed university studies (master/diploma/promotion) in computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable course of education.
- Certifications on SuccessFactors applications (esp. EC, RCM/RMK, ONB) are valuable, but not required.
Languages:
- English: Very good Business English required (excellent communication skills). B2/C1 level.
- German & Spanish: Would be valuable for the position, but not required.
Job Conditions:
Job location: Madrid. European Union nationality otherwise EU/Spain work permit required as a prerequisite.
Expected travel: Very limited, just a few days trip per year, only during the weekdays, to the global headquarters in Hamburg (Germany) for teaming and alignment.
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time, as internal employee.
Salary: Depending on qualification and experience.
