<p><strong>Description of the position</strong>:</p>
<p>We’re looking for a full-time position as <strong>HRIS Solutions Owner</strong> for its global operations in Madrid. We’re a fast-growing technology startup with global ambitions and a passion for innovation. As we grow globally, we’re building a modern, data-driven People &amp; Culture function which will be supported by state-of-the-art digital platforms. We’re looking for an HRIS Solutions Owner to technically own and evolve our HR Information Systems, ensuring our tools and data empower smarter decisions, seamless operations, and a great employee experience. You’ll be responsible for the implementation, optimization, and governance of our HR systems. You’ll work cross-functionally with People &amp; Culture, Finance, and other IT groups to ensure our HRIS supports global operations, compliance, and strategic workforce planning.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the implementation and configuration of our HRIS platform (SAP Success Factors) in coordination with the PMO.</li>
<li>Own system administration, including user access, workflows, integrations, and reporting.</li>
<li>Partner with stakeholders to streamline processes across onboarding, external payroll, performance, and compliance.</li>
<li>Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and security across all HR Information Systems.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics to support decision-making and align data management and governance structures with the Enterprise Data Team.</li>
<li>Provide hands-on support, training, and documentation for internal users.</li>
<li>Manage vendor relationships (SAP, other Saas vendors and System Integrators), upgrades, and system enhancements.</li>
<li>Support global expansion by adapting systems to new markets and legal requirements.</li>
<li>Develop other Digitalization initiatives around automation or AI in collaboration with the People &amp; Culture Team.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Skills and experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Min 4 years of proven experience leading Success Factors implementation and operations in a multinational environment.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and compliance.</li>
<li>Experience with system integrations (e.g., payroll, finance, ATS).</li>
<li>Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><u>Not mandatory but preferred</u>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, or other Microsoft ecosystem tools.</li>
<li>Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).</li>
<li>Familiarity with SaaS business models and startup scaling challenges.</li>
<li>Knowledge of GDPR, SOC2, or other data privacy frameworks.</li>
<li>Exposure to People analytics, DEI metrics, or engagement platforms.</li>
<li>Exposure to startup scaling challenges (e.g., rapid hiring, international expansion).</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Languages:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Spanish: Very good Business Spanish required (excellent communication skills). B2/C1 level.</li>
<li>English: Very good Business English required (excellent communication skills). B2/C1 level.</li>

<p><u>Job location:</u> Tres Cantos (Madrid). European Union nationality otherwise EU/Spain work permit required as a prerequisite.</p>

<p><strong>Description of the position</strong>:</p>
<p>We’re looking for a <strong>Technical Project Manager</strong> for their global operations in Madrid. He/she will join the CIO Office, acting as a strategic connector between IT, technical teams, and business stakeholders.</p>
<p>As a Project Manager, he/she will be responsible for coordinating strategic projects, ensuring alignment across technical domains, and establishing portfolio management standards.</p>
<p>He/she will work closely with <strong>senior leadership, engineering, IT, and PMO teams</strong> to provide visibility, consistency, and execution across initiatives. And also will be responsible for leading and coordinating some projects within the portfolio.</p>

<li>More than 5 years of hands-on experience in Project Management or a similar role.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Tech skills (required)</strong></p>

<li>Proven experience in project management within multinational environments.</li>
<li>Experience working closely with CIOs, PMOs, and cross-functional technical teams.</li>
<li>Knowledge of project governance frameworks and portfolio management tools.</li>
